Good Afternoon: Recently I sent you a list of reasons why sellers should list during the holidays. There are many good reasons why sellers should list now, such as low inventory, a more serious buyer pool, etc. Once you have persuaded your seller that now is a better time to sell than April, the next question becomes, should they decorate their home for the holidays? I was reading an article about this very subject on About.com and wanted to share it with you.
