Recently I read The Abundant Sales Person, authored by Kimberly George, and the concept of Abundance Intelligence, referred to as AQ. In the book Coaching into Greatness, the author wrote that AQ is different then IQ in that we measure a persons ability to perform at his or her optimal level consistently and authentically. AQ measures masterful people by their prevalence of abundance, aptitudes, patterns and beliefs.

We Don't Want No Stinking Listings! - 07/21/07 02:20 PM
Picture this... "Stuff" everywhere, dated wallpaper, cigarette smoke stained walls and ceilings, dark rooms with heavy cloth drapes, dingy carpets, etc... Got the image? It should be a no-brainer when the wannabe seller asks "how can we make our property more attractive to buyers?" But how do you tactfully pull that off? 
Recently we read that in addition to depersonalizing and de-cluttering, experts say home sellers need to be concerned about odors. In a recent online poll by REALTOR® Magazine, they determined that "the lingering presence of pets, tobacco, mildew, and decay in the air are major deal-breakers."

Homeowners Insurance - What It Does and Doesn't Cover... - 07/02/07 06:33 AM
Some homeowners mistakenly believe that a standard homeowner's policy provides more insurance protection than it actually does... that could mean large unexpected out of pocket expenses when one can least afford them.
The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), an organization of state insurance regulators, found that 33% of U.S. heads of household still hold the false belief that flood damage is covered by a standard homeowners policy -- despite extensive post-Hurricane Katrina news coverage of scores of homeowners with claims turned down because they didn't have the required flood insurance from the National Flood Insurance Program.
