Fountain Hills Homes Selling by The Pound! - 01/22/09 03:07 PM
Imagine you are buying a home. You tell the Realtor, "I want to buy a house with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths and I want to pay $50 per pound."Excuse me? How silly is that? It's as silly as a buyer telling a realtor what he/she wants to pay per square foot. Buyers buy a house based on their needs and desires. Beware of Foreclosure Predators - 01/08/09 06:06 AM
When trouble comes it can bring out the best and the worst in people. In our little town we've seen how tragedy binds us together as a community. Last year there were 2 letters in The Times from residents thanking the whole community for their support through some tragic circumstances. This kind of caring & togetherness is part of what makes our small town of Fountain Hills such a special place in which to live. But in the worst of times there are those unsavory individuals who take advantage of people who are struggling. Foreclosure rescue scams are aimed at people (2 comments)
