I LOVE holidays, and what makes them even better is that Google never lets me down on a holiday. I turned on my computer this morning, anxious to see what the Google creatives had come up with today for the Halloween logo on their main page. To my dismay, it wasn't as exciting as anticipated. Don't get me wrong, it was okay, but I've seen better! Either way, they kept me anxiously waiting to see it - great marketing! In the spirit of Halloween, I thought I would ask the specifics on selling a house that may have spirits lingering within. When I think about the possibility of a house being haunted, it makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I'm the girl that can't hardly step out into the back yard alone at night. I used to have to let my dog out for the last potty break of the evening before heading to bed. Just waiting for him on the porch was hard enough. ...no two are exactly the same. Meet Agents A, B and C. In the last 12 months, they have each been faced with different obstacles in growing their business. They are all looking for ways to leverage technology in a cost-effective manner. Agent A: Independent Broker, who runs his own business, real estate investor, both sells and manages properties, and has been in the business for 20 years. To some, it may be a tough time in real estate; to the optimist, it's the perfect opportunity to build their business! In the past couple of weeks I have been talking to many agents who are holding back all their pennies due to the drop in the market. I constantly hear them telling me how terrible their business is and how this is not the time to be spending the bucks. Those agents don't sound very confident, and if it were me looking for an agent, I wouldn't want them to be mine! I want someone enthusiastic about selling my (16 comments)
