Electronic connectivity is quickly becoming reality. The iPhone, Droid and other competing smart phones now allow realtors and real estate brokers to monitor real estate leads from their Facebook page, email virtual tours of listings that may be of interest, Twitter the latest mortgage rate updates and listing prices, phone a real estate prospect to set up a house tour, even turn on the lights before arriving at the home with a hot prospect.
