My DRE License states that I'm a Salesperson..........Does anyone have any white-out I can borrow? Salesperson? Really? The way I see it, I'm not a "salesperson" at all. How many buyers do you know these days get "sold" on a home? None that I know of. With everyone and their grandmother seeing EVERYTHING on the internet, buyers these days know what they want, how much they can afford, just about everything that can be seen about the house, and pretty much make up their own minds which homes they like and how much they want to pay for it. Basically, it's

The Best Advice I Can Give Anyone: Don't Be Afraid To Be Fabulous............... - 02/21/11 11:35 AM
The Best Advice I Can Give Anyone: Don't Be Afraid To Be Fabulous............... Well, it took over 40 years for my own, personal "Ah-Hah" moment. You probably felt it was fear, right? Afraid of failure? Well that would seem to make sense. At first. Although one might attribute failure to things like embarrassment or shame, the funny thing is, those two emotions actually come together at the same

So you want to flip properties? OK, that's a whole different ballpark, so let's talk....... I've had quite a few clients lately that are starting to see more and more properties being flipped, and they're thinking they'd like to be part of the action. I'm very encouraging with them, because I feel personally that it's a very fulfilling endeavor. However, there is definitely a recipe that you'll need to be successful with it. How they plan on purchasing the property is a big factor. Do they plan on using a loan? If so there are entirely different loan requirements for investment

It doesn't really matter what you or I think the value of the property is............. I had an email conversation this week with one of my buyers. It's a conversation I've had many times. What price to offer on a home is the question. Of course there are many variables when computing what to offer. It usually starts with comparable sales that I pull up. Once in a while, my buyer has something to say about that also. They may have knowledge of a property that closed escrow nearby. But sometimes that property isn't like-for-like, or perhaps the sale is to
