There are so many unique historical buildings in Los Angeles, California. One that really catches the eye is the Old Plaza Firehouse. The Old Plaza Firehouse was built in 1884 and is the oldest firehouse in Los Angeles. The firehouse was used as a firehouse until 1897. After that, it was used as a saloon, pool room and a cigar store. The old firehouse had been used plenty for all kinds of different uses! In the 1950’s the Old Plaza Firehouse was completely restored. This unique historical landmark was turned into a firefighting museum in 1960, which is (8 comments)
