Keller Williams Office to Open in Tracy, CA - 03/27/07 12:00 AM
Keller - WHO? Keller- What?  That is what I've heard the past couple of years.  WHY?  I was one of a hand full or less of Keller Williams agent in the Central Valley, and more specifically in Tracy or Mountain House, CA area.
I totally believe in the KW culture and that was the only company I would work for, so I chose to drive 30 miles - which took 60 minutes to be a KW agent.

I haven't seen the new craze movie "The Secret". 
I do understand the premise.  If you believe in good things, good things happen.  If you give in slices your get returns in loaves. 
However, is this really a new philosophy on life?  Hasn't perception always played a role in how people think and feel?  Half full or half empty? 
I've spent a lot of time this week thinking about Real Estate.  The Central Valley of California is being hit hard by REO's; foreclosures and short sales.  Will this trend stay forever, I doubt it.  I'm a firm believer that California Real … (1 comments)

How well do you manage your time?  I know I'm not good at it.  I get SOOOO much more done and accomplished when I have "NO" time than when I have "Plenty" of time.
 Case in point, besides being a REALTOR in Tracy, CA; and the President of Tracy American and National Little Leagues (700 kids); being the local real estate photographer for a company  I also work part time in a Special Education Kindergarten First Grade class.
