I wish I was a first time home buyer right now.  The ability to get CALFHA loans, 30 year fixed, less than 6%; 103% is amazing.  Of course, there are caps on the purchase price, but right now in Tracy, CA there are homes that fit this criteria.

Pushy or Tenacious? - 04/08/07 01:50 AM
As a real estate agent in Tracy, California, I'm musing tonight about when "pushy" is TOO Pushy!  I tend to use the excuse of not wanting to be a "used car sales person type" to not push potential clients.  I'm trying to over come this 'fear'.
So when is "pushy" too pushy.  I can sell ice to Eskimos once a connection is made.  I've got a reputation of being as tenatious as a bull dog.... but again that is once a connection is made.  So, when is pushy too pushy.
