It should never get to this.  I should never be too busy to blog and read Active Rain.  I like reading Active Rain. I like Blogging on Active Rain, I love having people comment on my blogs, and I really like responding on other people's blogs.
 So what happened?  YIKES _ I got busy -- what SLOW market - the market is what you make it and I'm making it MINE.  However, that is interferring with the fun stuff.
So now a system that I can live with - I'm going to blog 3 times a week - minimum.  Sunday - Wednesday and … (12 comments)

After 5 days with 10,000 other Keller Williams agents in Atlanta, I'm refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to hit the road running.
 What did come to my mind was the market- the Market is the market, what you do with it is the ONLY thing you can control.  So how do you work in this market?
That's just it - you WORK!  Personally, I've never been more busy, investors and first time buyers especially are seeing opportunities that didn't exist a year ago.
