well - that's me. Had 'beginners luck' last year - my first year in real estate. I was golden, my advice, after running it by my team leader - seemed to stick. Ah, glorious!!! Now, twice - I have offered advice to a seller, once to a FSBO, and another to an expired listing owner ... only to find my words to them in the REMARKS section of their NEW LISTING, with 'Rock Bottom Realty' or their previous agent. What is story? You want to give your advise to showcase your expertise, yet, it hits you in the face when they take YOUR ideas to THEIR previous agent. Has anyone had this happen to them? Any suggestions for a newbie? Thanks for readinig - phewwww, I feel better already!

One of the approaches I am taking to help my buyers and sellers in this crazy real estate market, is to introduce them to a product called the Money Merge Account.
