More than the bare necessities: Plush apartments for UNC students planned, an article from The Greeley Tribune, reports that a new set of high-class apartments geared toward students at the University of Northern Colorado is scheduled to be built on a 9-acre site in Evans. The development will be called Bear Village and will be the second upper-end apartment complex catering to UNC students to be built in Evans. Longmont, Firestone on collision course, an article from The Longmont Times-Call, reports that this month, Firestone officials are scheduled to decide whether to annex land across the street from Longmont city limits. Longmont leaders will in turn ask Firestone to slow down before voting on the annexation or before adopting an updated master plan that would stretch to Longmont's borders. The land being considered for annexation is Fairview Estates, 74 acres on the northeast corner of Colo. Highway 119 and Fairview Street. This author was the Key Note speaker at this years Keller Williams Family reunion in Atlanta. Great Great Book. You need to read this. Very motivational and good book that will hopefully help you learn the Importance of Being the Best at what you DO! The Dip can help you learn when to Quit and when to Stick.
