Wal-Marts at varying stages, an article from The Coloradoan, reports that the proposed Wal-Mart Supercenters in Timnath and Windsor are in varying stages of development. Wal-Mart spokesman Joshua Phair said the Supercenter planned for Interstate 25 near the Harmony Road exit is waiting on its building permit from Timnath and the company hopes to break ground by midyear. That would put the store opening on track for spring 2009. As far as the Windsor store is concerned, Wal-Mart owns the land but no real construction timeline has been scheduled.
