Yesterday was a long day. We got home at 9:30pm. It certainly gave me a great amount of appreciation for the jobs that our Elected Officials have in front of them. HB1161 had it's public hearing in front of the Agriculture, Livestock & Natural Resources Committee. Library needs to expand, but how?, an article from the Loveland Reporter-Herald, reports that despite city plans to expand the current library, a few of the Loveland City Council candidates have expressed interest in building a branch library. Ward 4 candidate Don Archuleta said a branch would stem some of the tide of vehicle traffic into the downtown and could specialize in one subject or one service, in addition to easing pressure on the existing library.
