I previewed two condos today. They are both one bedroom homes in the same building, on the same floor at the same price.
Condo #1 was vacant. The carpet appeared to be in decent shape but was in need of a good vacuuming and quite possibly a cleaning. The walls were dingy and looked as if paint had not touched them in quite a while. I initially thought it was a decent unit at a decent price...
then I went into the other condo.

There aren't many units available at Worldgate today.
There are 3 units for rent ranging in price from $1250 for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit to $1400 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit.
There is only one unit, a Blair, for sale at Worldgate. It's located at 12905 Alton Square and is currently priced at $235,000. The Worldgate Condo Complex is located in Herndon, Virginia. It's an easy drive to the Reston Town Center as well as the Toll Road. You'll also find it's close to the Worldgate Shopping Center.
Here is one of the buildings that is part of the Crescent. The Crescent is a secured entry building with elevators and underground parking.
The buildings in the Brighton consist of garden style condos with open air stairwells and assigned parking.
Located in the complex you'll find two pools. And there is on-site management
located at 12917 Alton Square.
