What a lovely day to be selling Real Estate at Ocean Shores, WA! We can smell the Ocean sitting in our office with the window open! What we cannot smell is vehicle exhaust and pollution. Our little City is just starting to wake up to enjoy another day at the beach! It is going to be a mild 65 degrees with a light coastal breeze.
