Are you starving for listings? Are you running around spending money on gas you don’t have? Listings that are in great condition and priced right sell and can sell fast! You already own the lockboxes, the sign doesn’t cost that much and if you priced it right and have buyers calling, you can sell it quickly and put money in your pocket. How can giving sellers a choice lead to all the listings you can handle? Simple really, think about it, when ever you go to a listing all the sellers are trying to do is beat you up on commission and raise the listing price to where the home can’t be sold. But, what if you give them a choice? Heck, give them lots of choices! Most agents give the sellers one choice, list with me or not, that really isn’t much of a choice and most will chose not to if given that opportunity. Now, offer them plan
