Selling Lake Pend Oreille Waterfront is a blast: Sandpoint Blog - 09/23/10 07:14 PM
So, in the last month I have sold a home originally listed at $1,200,000 for under $750,000 and another listed originally for $799,000 for under $250,000. There are certainly some bargains out there.
One of my specialties is finding these fantastic waterfront and waterview homes for the best prices.

Certainly with the turning of the leaves comes one of the most beautiful times of year for the North Idaho Panhandle. There are a lot of things to do, from Fall Foliage tours on Lake Pend Oreille to Historic Train Rides up the Pend Oreille River Valley.
