I interviewed Russell and Jeanne Spriggs, both certified master inspectors from the Home Inspection Team. While they do all kinds of inspections, I had them on the North Idaho Business radio show to talk specifically about mold since I am not an expert, but like many of you I have questions. Many people think that a mold inspection is part of the menu of things home inspectors do when inspecting a home, but usually only surface mold is looked for.
