sandpoint real estate agent: Wine of the Week - Caterina 2008 Viognier: Sandpoint Blog - 09/07/11 10:56 AM
I love my job. Great wines and in an area known for producing the best wines in the world. I moved here to do what I love. This is a big part of it. Yoke's Ponderay is meeting its sales goals as the top seller of wine in the region, and I just had an accepted offer for my third waterfront home since October. The Caterina 2008 Viognier is an outstanding wine that is only one of two locally produced wines that made the Wine Enthusiast Top 100 Wines of the Year. It was vinified by winemaker Mike Scott and is

sandpoint real estate agent: YouTube is one way to get your message out: Sandpoint Real Estate Blog - 03/23/11 12:27 PM
We all have learned about social media and YouTube. Are you using these new tools. I have used them in minor efforts for seven years. I am stepping up my game and trying to post videos, blogs, messages, and use things like Activerain and Facebook on a daily basis. Here is a little video tour of Sandpoint I just posted on YouTube. That makes 15 videos I have posted this month. Will it work? We have to keep trying and so far, I have gotten two new clients since I started my serious efforts three months ago. sandpoint real estate agent: Questions a good Sandpoint Realtor might ask a Seller: Sandpoint Real Estate Blog - 02/10/11 09:37 AM
Here are some notes which are a compilation of several meetings of brainstorming about Sellers. SELLER COUNSELING If your REALTOR® did everything right, what would you expect them to do? If they did everything right, and the home did not sell, what would you think the reason(s) would be? If one of the reasons was the price was too high, do you think that chasing the market could ultimately hurt the home getting sold? How much effort are you willing to put into this process to achieve your goal of selling? It has been our experience that sellers

sandpoint real estate agent: Good Sandpoint Real Estate Agents are constantly learning and training: Sandpoint Real Estate Blog - 03/25/10 11:38 AM
Today in a training class put on by Sotheby's, we reinforced several tools that Sotheby's has that other agencies just can't compare to. Among those are Presentation Studio, our print materials, our web presence, and information that does something other companies are finding difficult in this down market. That something is the art of bringing buyers. With only 19% of the REALTORS® in our market, we make up almost 30% of the sales. We talked about many things over our Wednesday meeting and our Thursday morning training, including a video by the guru of real estate, David Knox. Today's topic by

sandpoint real estate agent: Sandpoint Real Estate Blog: Sandpoint Community Cancer Services - The house Heather built - 03/21/10 03:27 PM
A few years ago, a young woman touched the hearts of many of us in Sandpoint and on Schweitzer Mountain. Schweitzer named an event for her: A Day for Heather. The event is named in memory of Heather Gibson, a member of the Sandpoint community who did much to change the face of cancer in North Idaho before she died from the disease in August 2006. The initial campaign drew much praise, but also raised enough in funds to start Sandpoint's own Community Cancer Service. Now, just five short years later, CCS has its own digs, and works closely with many groups

sandpoint real estate agent: Sandpoint Real Estate Blog: Sandpoint NIA, a new way to get in shape - 03/21/10 03:09 PM
Last Tuesday, on my North Idaho Arts & Adventure radio show, I interviewed Erica and Breitta, two of the instructors for our local Nia Dance Studio at the Cedar Street Bridge. Nia is an innovative way of getting in shape and centered. According to Wikipedia, Nia (previously Non-Impact Aerobics, Neuromuscular Integrative Action) is a physical conditioning program based on a premise that movement is a pathway for self-discovery and personal transformation. Nia is intended to deliver cardiovascular aerobic exercise and whole-body conditioning. Nia was created in California 1983 by Debbie Rosas (now Debbie Rosas Stewart) and Carlos Rosas (now Carlos AyaRosas).

sandpoint real estate agent: I Commit - 03/15/09 02:25 PM
Living in the paradise of Sandpoint, Idaho, where I have found more and better friends than any place I have ever been before, though these troubled times have weighed heavy on my soul, these thoughts have prevailed upon me: This I commit: I commit to be positive every day, to help others to find that which can help us all to discard depression and see that which is best in the world. I commit to buying locally, helping my fellow business people survive in this down economy. I commit to look back on the last thirty days and if I haven't

sandpoint real estate agent: What should you expect from your Sandpoint Real Estate agent? - 02/14/09 03:06 PM
These days, as bankers commit acts that many believe should be criminal, and mortgage brokers make loans that are questionable at best, it seems that expectations have been lowered to an all-time low. As Americans we should expect more. So, what should you expect from your Sandpoint real estate agent? Certainly you should have a knowledgeable REALTOR®. What kind of knowledge should your agent have? College educated? A builder? An interior designer? Someone who renovates homes? Knowledge of the area? Here is what I offer for a base of knowledge: •· College educated. •· Investor and owner of several homes locally.
