In this economy, there are few that haven't felt the impact.  Keep smiling and move forward.  If you need to sell a home, then you need to "get into the game" to sell. Many people are losing their homes to foreclosure do not realize that there is a much better alternative:  Short sale.  In Washington County, Waukesha County and Ozaukee County in Wisconsin I offer people in financial trouble an alternative that is called a short sale.  I actually list their property and then work with the bank to take a lesser settlement.  The home owner saves their credit, while the bank doesn't take a larger loss thru the foreclosure process.  Everyone wins and you don't even have to pay me - The Mortgage Company pays me.  That is a win-win-win proposition.  Call me today … (0 comments)
