&lt;p style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2) Remove any unnecessary items from the front of the house.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3) Remove any dirt from sidewalk or driveway.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Moving Checklist for Plants</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;It is best for the plants, if you can transport them in the car.&amp;nbsp; Here are some suggestions for moving your plants:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1)&amp;nbsp; Three weeks before you move, prune back your plants to make them hardier and less bulky for the trip.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2) Two weeks before moving, place your plants in a black plastic bag with a pest/bug strip or pest control powder.&amp;nbsp; Close the bag and place in a cool area overnight.&amp;nbsp; This will kill any pests on the plants or in the soil.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3) The day before your move, place plants in the travel containers.&amp;nbsp; Cardboard boxes are preferable.&amp;nbsp; Secure the plants by packing dampened newspaper or dampened packing paper around the&amp;nbsp;base of the plants and soil.&amp;nbsp; Use more paper to cushion the leaves and place a final layer of wet paper on top of the plants to keep them moist.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4) On moving day, set the boxes aside so that the moving company does not&amp;nbsp;load them onto the moving van.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5) On moving day, close up the boxes and punch air holes in the top...load them into your car.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6) While plants are in the car, take care not to leave the plants in extreme heat or cold.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;7) Unpack the plants as soon as you arrive.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Remove the plants from the bottom of the box in order to avoid breaking the stems.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;8) Gradually expose the plants to sunlight to&amp;nbsp;reduce shock.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;9) If you leave your plants behind, take cuttings.&amp;nbsp; Put the cuttings into a plastic bag with wet paper towels wrapped around the cuttings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div class="agent_signature"&gt;

      <title>Selling Real Estate and Enjoying the Holidays</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Most people know me as a very hard worker.&amp;nbsp; But, last week I did something different. I stilled worked from 8am till 5pm every night, but each night I took a different grandchild each night&amp;nbsp;and did something special with them as individuals.&amp;nbsp; I tell you they had a fantastic time, but not nearly as much fun as this Realtor from Germantown, Wisconsin.&amp;nbsp; Christmas blows in and out like a great storm, but this year I got a little one on one time with each grandchild.&amp;nbsp; This will be one Christmas I know I will never forget.&amp;nbsp; Take time out this Holiday season for the ones you love. &amp;nbsp;Happy Holidays to all.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div class="agent_signature"&gt;

      <title>Scuba Diving</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Nothing can be more fun than to show off a hobby that you've been doing on and off for 40 years.&amp;nbsp; Tonight for the 1st time in my life, I actually showed the world my love for scuba diving.&amp;nbsp; They got to see my equipment, some dive videos and pictures of trips I have taken to exotic locations around the world.&amp;nbsp; This grand showing was done at Shady Lane School in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.&amp;nbsp; I got to show grade school children my love of a sport I've enjoyed.&amp;nbsp; Some kids it meant nothing to, while others were quite inquisitive.&amp;nbsp; I actually had a boy start talking about unusual fish I never would have thought they would have heard of.&amp;nbsp; Oh yes, to impress small children.&amp;nbsp; I was among a host of 20 other adults showing off "their specialties" that they had acquired over the years from: honey making, remote control airplanes to sky diving.&amp;nbsp; But what the kids enjoyed the most was the competition they had amongst themselves with their "home made" boat racing contest.&amp;nbsp; What a fantastic night we all had.&amp;nbsp; I sell real estate in Wisconsin to support my addiction for scuba diving.&amp;nbsp; Most of these kids&amp;nbsp;dug out of their parant's garbage can to support their fantastic experience.&amp;nbsp; Life is good.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div class="agent_signature"&gt;

      <title>What's Next for Realtors?</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;With the secnd Home Buying Incentives coming to end, what will happen if there are no more incentives?&amp;nbsp; The first time congress passed this "stimulus" Home Sales went gang busters.&amp;nbsp; But, from everything I am reading and every Realtor I run into, this round has been a little lackluster.&amp;nbsp; Whe can't keep going on with life supports either.&amp;nbsp; I hope this congress will truely start looking at jobs creation.&amp;nbsp; To buy a home people need jobs.&amp;nbsp; To keep their homes people need jobs.&amp;nbsp; I feel we are moving into a period which could get extremly difficult for most Realtors.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully we will see the end of the tunnel soon.&amp;nbsp; There are too many seasoned Realtors who are going done with this ship.&amp;nbsp; I understand that a lot of bad Realtors have left, but I am starting to see too many good Realtors starting to pay the price as well.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully, congress will get back to promoting our economy when they get back from their Spring break.&amp;nbsp;Buy Wisconsin Real Estate NOW!&amp;nbsp; Great&amp;nbsp;Prices &amp;amp; Great Interest - which will disappear once the economy turns around again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div class="agent_signature"&gt;
