realtor: Snow and Holiday Cheer - 12/20/10 07:10 PM
With snow approaching Wisconsin again and Christmas just 4 days away, maybe it is time to slow down and enjoy life this week.  Go sleding, make a snowperson, go to a movie, read a book by the fireplace. Call your friends, family, neighbors and some old clients of yours.  It is always great to get re-connected with everyone.  So slow down and enjoy the moment and guess what?  You'll probably dig up some new business in the pocess as well.  May the joy of the Holidays be with everyone, no matter what Holiday you and your family are celebrating.

realtor: $8,000 Home Tax Credit Set to Expire - 02/15/10 07:37 AM
Only 74 Days Left Before the $8,000 Home Buyer Tax Credit Expires!  It takes time to find a home, make an offer and get an accepted offer, get a home inspection, bank loan commitment, etc...  I would suggest to not delay much longer IF you want to purchase your home before the Tax Credit expires.
