Plaza del Sol is a City Sunnyvale downtown park. It is located at 200 W. Evelyn Av.
It is just one block away from the history disctrict of Murphy St. I like it because it is a precious open space in downtown Sunnyvale. After Saturday Farmer market in the morning I just like walk around the downtown to see any new restaurant, stores. I stop by this park also.

Let us look at the number of inventory vs closed sales which is the 2nd and 3rd columns:

This week some one called me about my listing. She started asking "Can you tell me the schools? How about the neighborhood? When is this listing will be expired?" I thought this is not your business,so I ignore her. All the sudden this woman asked me: "What is your seller's bottom line?" I said" What? This home is listed for $820,000 and this IS what my seller wants?"

The rencent NY time reports that, "Allegations that granite countertops may emit dangerous levels of radon and radiation have been raised periodically over the past decade, mostly by makers and distributors of competing countertop materials. The Marble Institute of America has said such claims are "ludicrous" because although granite is known to contain uranium and other radioactive materials like thorium and potassium, the amounts in countertops are not enough to pose a health threat. “

 I received an email request for information of home today. It turns out this home was sold 2 years ago for 2.4 Millions and now is only asking for $1.325 Millions. I just cannot believe in.

Further more she said the Consumer reports found out that 71% of seller who negotiated for lower commissions with their brokers . It is only 46% of sellers tried to do so.
