Last week I wrote an article about this home . I showed  this bank owned home Butcher Dr  last Saturday. Wow!  It is like Pebble Beach style home IN "SOUTH COUNTY"!  I received an email request for information of home today. It turns out this home was sold 2 years ago for 2.4 Millions and now is only asking for $1.325 Millions. I just cannot believe in.
