silicon valley: Which area homes sold faster? - 09/05/08 02:17 PM
It is interesting that I found out the home where I live now - Sunnyvale, California that home sold fast!even through it is slower compared with last year. Are you ready? I mean the market is totally changed.
We heard about the real estate market is slow and it has changed from seller's market to buyer's market. I used the data from August 2007 to August 2008 Sunnyvale Single family home real estate as an example:
1). More homes inventory 22% more then last year.
2). Less homes closed: 10% less then last year.

Bijan Bakery is Love their coffee and pastries. Yesterday We tried tiramisu, Cholate Strawberry and Peacon pie. Those are just tasted good. Those desert is not only taste good and it also looks great Always super good.The wait is not that long I give them 5 stars.

You won't miss the bright yellow adobe 1st story building. It was there at least since I came to Silicon Valley. Due to 3 generatrions restauranturs operated it, it carrys a lot old trandition and new dishes also.
The salsa and chips are really good. They brought out really fast also. We have the chicken fajitas. It is delicious and large portion. It is a bit on the greasy side but it is delicious. It is enough for two of us to share it.
