OK...so here's the deal.
I love my job. I really do. I love meeting and helping people find "the home of their dreams." I love helping people sell their home and move on to another chapter in their lives. I enjoy all the work that goes into getting all the parties to the closing table. Seeing that look of excitement on my seller's or buyer's face is the icing on the cake.

One of the most important parts of a real estate agent's job is to maintain communication with buyers and sellers. For me, that means emailing or calling them on a regular basis. It also means the communication must go both ways to really be successful.
When working with a seller, I think it's important to let them know what kind of activity we've had on their house (even if we haven't had any inquiries in a given week), provide feedback from open houses and private showings, and keep them up-to-date on what is happening in their market.
