You can just feel it when you talk to a real estate agent these days. The doom and gloom is but a faint memory. Times are changing. Things are getting better. Slowly, but surely, things are getting better.
Recently ActiveRain sent a survey to its members asking how we felt about the real estate market in our area. This graphic provides a nice summary of the responses. The jury is in -- the real estate market is making a comeback.

What's Happening in Real Estate -- Ozaukee County/Washington CountySingle-Family Sales

In Ozaukee county, there's been about a 20% increase in the number of single-family units that sold between January and July 2011 and the same timeframe this year. Prices have dipped about 7%.
In Washington county, there's been about a 34% increase in the number of single-family units that sold, and prices are holding steady.
The days on market in both counties has decreased. Houses are moving!
It might be time for you get moving, too...
