What is a walk through? When buying a new construction home, you should contractually have an opportunity to meet with your home builder, or one of their representatives, to thoroughly examine your house before closing. This process is called a walkthrough. This is not, however, what is commonly know as a private inspection that is performed by certified professionals; these are two separate events.
