VERO BEACH ISLAND AUGUST SALES REPORT, 32963 SALES CONTINGENT AND PENDING
There were 41 sales reported on the barrier island of Vero Beach in the month of August 2011. The "average" sale price for the island is now $610,053.
At the top end of sales was a magnificent oceanfront estate on Corona Lane....listed at $5,9000,000 and sold for $4,800,000.
There were also other significant sales...4 homes at over $1,000,000.
It was a busy month on the barrier island......69 homes are pending and contingent!
