From time to time, I have come across home owners who have discovered the magic of Zillow.com. For those of you who do not know, you can enter your address at Zillow, and get an estimated value of your home, called a Zestimate. It sounds like a wonderful product. The site will allow you to determine what neighborhoods you might be interested in moving to. All of you first time homebuyers who have been putting off the purchase of a home, you are about to lose out on an $8,000 gift from Uncle Sam. As you may have heard, there is currently a tax credit available to most first time homebuyers. This tax credit could mean up to $8,000 in your pocket if you have not owned a home within the past 3 years. However, that home purchase must be completed by the end of November.
