Bryan-College Station Makes a Forbes List - 04/25/10 04:15 PM
When we hear that a new Forbes List being published, we all tend to think, "Who is the worlds Richest Person" this year.  Surprise!  They do other lists as well, and Bryan-College Station made one, though that doesn't make me feel super, special, it just justify, every thing I already know about what makes this a great place, and I am glad I found my way here, so many years ago.

How does one disclose when you don't know?  My answer to that is "Find Out".   I recently represented a buyer, and when requesting a Seller's Disclosure, received one that was initialed and signed, but was blank.  It was, however, marked that the sellers had never occupied the property.  With that understanding, they knew nothing of the property.
