Daddy - Daughter Dance Frisco Texas - 02/18/07 12:30 PM

Last night was the Annual Daddy Daughter Dance in Frisco. I really have to say that this has got to be one of the best events the city puts on. The complete event was sold out. Every age group had their own time slot starting with the younger girls from 4:00 until 5:30. Its really hard to believe how many kids there are in Frisco, but I am Glad the the city goes way out of it's way to make this a family friendly place to live.

Just wanted to get some feedback from anybody that has used Zillow.com. I just posted a listing. I am not sure if I agree with value estimate they provide or if this a good or bad thing. I was wondering how other agents feel and have you had any goog or bad experiences when you used the "charm" pricing technic. For example, pricing a home at $129,690 instead of $130,000, Do you think the home homes tends to sell closer to the listing price than if the home is offered at a rounded price.
I have been using this method and here is what I have found:

Some people just have too much money!!!!  This home is a 53,000-square-foot stone and wood mansion at the Yellowstone Club, the members-only, Blixseth-developed residential ski and golf resort near Bozeman, Mont. Price tag: $155 million.  I wish I had this listing, but I would be just as happy to sell it!!!!!
