Last night was the Annual Daddy Daughter Dance in Frisco. I really have to say that this has got to be one of the best events the city puts on. The complete event was sold out. Every age group had their own time slot starting with the younger girls from 4:00 until 5:30. Its really hard to believe how many kids there are in Frisco, but I am Glad the the city goes way out of it's way to make this a family friendly place to live. Me and my buddy Chris and our two Princesses How can dad say NO?? I think I (3 comments)

PAY PER CLICK - ITS WORKING FOR ME - 02/16/07 11:41 AM
Most realtors who have their own website have struggled with the questions of how optimize their site on search engines. After all, what's the good of having a great website, if no one can find it when they search the web? The competition is fierce for Realtors competing for the top spots on search engine results. I live in Frisco, Texas and if you do a google search for "real estate in frisco" or "frisco tx realtor" you literally get hundreds of results. So how do you climb to the top? I think I have read almost every book or article on (13 comments)
Stonebriar Ice offeres a great way to introduce kids to ice skating. Lessons are offered for ages 3 and up in small groups with multiple instructors. For $99.00, kids receive 8 lessons with free open skating after the lesson and free skate rental. My daughter loves it and it warms my heart watching her gain confidence and learn to ice skate. This NHL-size ice arena is the largest rink in any Dallas area mall! Being an old hockey player, I am thrilled to have this great amenity right here in my home town of Frisco. Zillow.com - 02/13/07 02:48 PM
Just wanted to get some feedback from anybody that has used Zillow.com. I just posted a listing. I am not sure if I agree with value estimate they provide or if this a good or bad thing. I am wondering about the ramifications if the seller does not agree with the price that Zillow suggests as a value. There is an interesting article about Zillow, the link is below...... http://money.cnn.com/magazines/fortune/fortune_archive/2007/02/19/8400262/?postversion=2007020710 (21 comments)

Charm Pricing - 02/12/07 06:07 PM
I was wondering how other agents feel and have you had any goog or bad experiences when you used the "charm" pricing technic. For example, pricing a home at $129,690 instead of $130,000, Do you think the home homes tends to sell closer to the listing price than if the home is offered at a rounded price. I have been using this method and here is what I have found: Charm pricing could be an indicator that the seller is not open to negotiating the price. That there is some formula used to arrive at the priceThat the price is closer to the lowest price (8 comments)

Land Prices in Texas - Good News - 02/01/07 11:01 AM
Real estate prices in other states have soared far above prices for comparable properties here. Investors from those states now see Texas prices as bargains. They are coming to Texas to buy and bringing plenty of cash. Many institutional investors have set portfolio diversification goals that require real estate acquisition. And current economic conditions have some investors anticipating inflation. Those concerns drive purchases of tangible assets, such as real property. In 1966, Texas per-acre land cost was $73.43 (in 2006 dollars) per million Texans (Figure 3). By 1974, the price was $99.12, an all-time high. In 2006, the cost of an acre (1 comments)
