During the month of November, 2010 there were 96 homes listed for sale in Zip 30054. Ten of the homes actually sold and four of the homes did go under contract.

For the 96 homes listed for sale, the average list price was $201,766.

The ten homes that sold had an average sales price of $72,700 and the homes remained on the market an average of 52 days.

The four homes that did go under contract had an average list price of $210,435. These homes went under contract after an average of 59 days on the market.

It may be an encouraging sign that the average list price for the four homes under contract went up from the average sales price of ten sold homes. However, we will have to wait and see if this is the start of an upward trend in home sale prices for 30054.
