decatur alabama: Home prices still appreciating in Huntsville and Decatur Alabama. - 11/25/08 05:56 PM

Huntsville Alabama ranked number 12th and Decatur Alabama ranked 10th out of 292 metropolitan areas tracked by the FHFA based upon 1 year increase in home prices.   It is my opinion this is because these areas did not see the housing bubble seen by many other metro areas.
