To Buy or not to Buy - 01/16/08 12:41 PM
The housing market is in a slump, but folks still have to move for many reasons. In this market it is great to be a buyer as you get a great home for less money. If you are having to sell, not so good. A great agent can make all the difference in the decisions you will need to make. First if you are a buyer or thinking of being a buyer you will need to understand where you stand credit wise. Get thee to a lender and proceed. Even if the news is bad at least you know where you stand.
