Who Pays the HOA Dues on a Rental Property? - 08/24/11 09:42 AM
As a property owner you are responsible for keeping your property in good shape and your HOA dues current, regardless of who lives in the property.  As a Landlord NEVER give these responsibilities to the Tenant, even if they are family or friends because it is your neck that is on the line.  Joy

Limiting or Enhancing our Success - 08/11/11 09:43 PM
I just finished reading an article from RisMedia about Our Beliefs Limiting our success.
Link Here http://rismedia.com/2011-08-10/real-estate-marketing-strategies-are-your-beliefs-subconsciously-pushing-success-away/
Until I read this I NEVER Considered How Lucky I am!  Never realized how those early lessons would impact my choices and success later on.

If the list wasn't complete - he'd start a new one and at the end of … (1 comments)
