Who Pays the HOA Dues on a Rental Property? - 08/24/11 09:42 AM
As a property owner you are responsible for keeping your property in good shape and your HOA dues current, regardless of who lives in the property. As a Landlord NEVER give these responsibilities to the Tenant, even if they are family or friends because it is your neck that is on the line. When representing tenants, I am often asked, "Will we be responsible for the HOA dues if we rent this property?" The answer is NO! No way! And (0 comments)

Limiting or Enhancing our Success - 08/11/11 09:43 PM
I just finished reading an article from RisMedia about Our Beliefs Limiting our success. Link Here http://rismedia.com/2011-08-10/real-estate-marketing-strategies-are-your-beliefs-subconsciously-pushing-success-away/ Until I read this I NEVER Considered How Lucky I am! Never realized how those early lessons would impact my choices and success later on. It used to annoy the heck out of me when as a kid under the age of 10 we would sit at Dad's office or run around the local airport runway (long before 9/11)....He'd constantly make lists (long before Smart Phones and DayTimers)..... If the list wasn't complete - he'd start a new one and at the end of (1 comments)

Why do we care if the Fed's credit rating is dropped? - 08/09/11 10:20 AM
There are multiple perspectives on why we should be concerned about the Fed's credit rating dropping. Like Bryan, we prefer the positive outlook. All markets are cyclical, constantly going up and down. It is the attitude that we will prevail that will sustain us, rather than destroy us while we wait for the next cycle. Joy Via Bryan Robertson, Los Altos REALTOR Los Altos Real Estate - Homes For Sale (Sereno Group - Los Altos): Yes, I'm serious! What's the immediate and long-term impact of the Fed's loss of the "AAA" credit with S&P? Other than a drop in the stock market and (3 comments)
Five Tips to Get Your Palm Beach and Broward County Home Sold! - 08/04/11 05:09 PM
As your Palm Beach County and Broward County real estate agents, we have worked with several kinds of properties and all different types of home sellers. In a buyer’s market, it can be difficult to get Fort Lauderdale home buyers interested in buying your home. You need to stand out from the competition and get them to want your home above all others. This can be worrisome for home sellers in the Palm Beach County and Broward County areas, as selling a home and planning a move are stressful enough without having to worry about competing with other homes in the (0 comments)

Selling is often a frustrating process, but understanding these BIG SIX, might make it a little frustrating! Joy Via Karen Kruschka - Prince William, Fairfax ,Stafford County VA Real Estate Service (RE/MAX Olympic Realty):
Although they can be stated in different ways there are only six factors that affect the sale of a home. It is important for you, as the seller, to understand who or what has control over them and (2 comments)
