Sometimes, when it is a good idea, I will offer a seller a free home inspection, by a qualiffied unbiased home inspector. This gives the seller time to fix any problems, and helps avoid surprises, once we have a buyer conditional on home inspection. Also, if the home inspection is favourable, it gives the buyer (first time buyer) confidence to proceed, and can save them a few dollars in their pocket, and help the seller get more money in his. Win/Win!
