buyers: Buyers Relocation USA vs. Real Estate Client Referrals - 09/10/07 04:25 PM
Hello Active Rain Community. 
For the last year, I have been set up with Buyers Relocation USA.  I have closed several transactions with them.  I am just curious if anyone else uses them.  The kicker is that you have to pay them a 25% referral fee.
A guy called my yesterday that sounded much better.....there was no referral fees.  The name of the company was Real Estate Client Referral.  Has anyone ever heard of them?  You pay $199 to be set up.  THen you buy the leads in packages.  7 referrals are $4.95 and 40 referrals are 24.75.
