Homewood has a lot of things going for it. Great views, beautiful homes and close to just about everything. So when my new listing came up at 1636 Beckham Drive, Homewood Alabama, I got pretty excited. During my search of homes currently listed in Homewood, I came to realize a few things. Not only is there homes big enough and pricey enough to belong to Donald Trump, but there is so many reasonably priced that many can afford. I found a condo at 5537 Hampton Heights that was gorgeous inside and yet only priced at $134,900. This is absolutely a buyers market through out the Birmingham area! But with the economy making a comeback, you can bet these deals wont be out there for long. Our office has had a BOOM of real estate activity this last month. Many potential buyers have called or stopped in looking for that next great deal! So as I keep my fingers crossed for my roomy and delightful house at 1636 Beckham Drive, I know that with Homewoods great community and gorgeous views, the right buyer is out there for this great house!
