The past few months have been busy both personnally and professionally. It was good to have all the kids in for their youngest sisters 21st birthday bash. A good time was had by all, sitting around the fire sharing stories. Mother's Day, Father's Day, announcements of a new baby on the way and more birthdays made for a quick May/June period.
Professionally, I've been busy. My listings are selling, and I've helped a few buyers find new homes in the area. I seem to gravitate toward the first time home buyer. They are usually the ones who need the most help and … (0 comments)

Where have the past two months gone? I don't know about you but I've been busy. It seems the gates opened and buyers flooded the market. From a personal stand point new home sales have been strong in the Charleston area. The new home builders are slashing prices and providing incentives to the buyers to sell existing inventory homes. The value in the new home is strong in the mind of buyers. "Why buy used when I can get bigger at less cost per square foot." What can you do to sell your pre-owned home in today's market?
