Homes that were priced according to our present market sold rather quickly. While those priced less competitively languished for over 120 days. My assumption is these homes were leftover from the roaring market wich ended early fall of 2006. As a market the Cainhoy/Wando area is experiencing a healty market with 34% of homes (0 comments)

Let's talk about real estate market conditions in Charleston. If you ask me the market is great and as healthy as ever. Why? Because homes continue to sell everyday.
