Just a real quick note today, to let people know, if you are interested, that I came across a very high quality Louisville custom home builder this past week. No, I am not their listing agent, yet, but if all goes well, maybe some day in the future, they will decide to hire me. Late last week I went to an appointment with a client to see a few homes for sale in Norton Commons, and had the opportunity to walk through a home built by Stonecroft Homes, and I was immediately impressed with the luxurious finishes I saw. The flooring looked like an upgrade from most other homes available in Norton Commons, along with the entire kitchen package, trim and molding and just about everything else I laid my eyes on. A few weeks ago, I had a chance to speak with one of the few builders in Louisville who seems to be able to find vacant lots to build on in the Highlands area. Year after year, he finds vacant lots and builds Louisville new construction units, either as spec homes or contract homes, depending upon the market and circumstance.
