Last week, I noticed that tons of new homes were coming on to the market in the Louisville Ky real estate market, as well as many of the smaller areas that I follow throughout the city. As more and more listings come on the market, it appears that the majority of them are priced towards the lower end of the market, which is starting to really effect the median prices of the homes for sale across the city.
