woods cove: Santa Cruz is hot- Scotts Valley is hotter- temperatures by the coastal homes are cool... Rio Del Mar beach homes are where to be - 08/24/10 09:58 PM

Today I was out doing disclosure work at a Scotts Valley mobile home listing and it was 109 degrees. I felt like saying "hello Phonenix" but kept my composure and got a frosty freeze to cool me down. While this is hotter than hades, it does remind me how much people rely on a Scotts Valley realtor for information about neighborhoods, climates and all the related things such as schools and pools. As I drove down towards Wood Cove in the Scotts Valley/Santa Cruz area, the temperature climbed above 112. Wood Cove homes are large with good insulation and tall ceilings. … (0 comments)
