How to eliminate 50% of Buyers with one easy step!

If you want to eliminate 50% of potential Buyers with one EASY step all you have to do is simply:

PUT A POLITICAL SIGN IN YOUR YARD BESIDE YOUR FOR SALE SIGN!

Tongue in cheek post here, but with election season upon us, a simple reminder that (in my humble opinion) political signs HAVE NO PLACE in the same yard ae a FOR SALE sign!

I may agree 100% with your political view, but my opinion does not matter... your political statement can easily turn off 50% of potential buyers from interest in your home.

Simply not worth it in this, or any market.
