Back in 1979 Placer County passed Proposition 8. Those homeowners living in Placer County, Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Granite Bay, Auburn etc, Proposition 8 Decline in Value is worth taking a look at to see if you qualify in order to reduce your real estate property tax. I SAY NOT! Can't believe that the Placer County Strawberry Festival is OVER! While on vacation there was an article in the Sacramento Bee that the Strawberry Festival ends after 17 year run. i am sick! Who do I complain to? Was there vote? Do folks not like strawberries, anymore? According to the article, rising costs and declining attendance has ended Roseville's Strawberry Festival. Back in 2005 there were over 65,000 to 70,000 visitors that attended the festival and do to rain the last two years in April when the festival occurs, the attendance dropped to about 20,000. What a great day I had, today! I was invited to attend a round table discussion with some of the leading Home Stagers. Lori Kim Polk, the facilitator of the round table discussion of Home Stagers included me, which was a thrill. I so enjoyed getting to meet Lori in person and the other top notch Home Stagers.
