Come take a little ride with me and see some of the art, sculpture, architecture and beauty that Downtown Sacramento has to offer. Sacramento Real Estate is continuing to increase in home sales each month as evidenced by the numbers reflected in the chart to the left.
There has been a steady slow increase in home sales each month from January through June 2008.
The numbers are include single family homes only. Condos, investment property such as duplexes etc. and land are not included within the figures.
For specific numbers for each of the Cities and Communities within the Sacramento County be sure to check Specific Sacramento City and Community Real Estate Market Report.

This week Sacramento Real Estate Voice received a phone call from House Hunters, HGTV, a Pie Town Productions and Home and Garden Television show looking to shoot Sacramento home buyers.
It takes about 4-5 days of filming which can be broken up into weeks or months depending on everyone's availability. And yes, there is a nice check for the home buyer after taping.
HGTV is looking for home buyers interested in the actual house hunt, the neighborhood, home prices, sizes, the home buyers likes and dislikes along with information about their Realtor and the market.

Sacramento Real Estate Voice has had a wonderful week. The best part of helping home buyers besides finding just the right house is handing over the keys to the home buyer's new HOME.
This week was no exception. I love preparing a home buyer's basket of goodies and presenting them their gift along with their keys.
It always seems like a very long process of waiting once the we all go to Title to sign the documents from the bank.

Home sales of residential houses from January 2008 through May 2008 has steadily risen in Sacramento County.
Homes are selling in the Sacramento area and Real Estate is alive and recovering. The numbers don't lie and these are just the single family homes depicted in the above chart.
