Many years ago, my wife and I were up late doing the parent thing on Christmas Eve.  You know the drill, Dad is doing “some assembly required” while Mom reads him the instructions poorly translated from the original “Chinese Text”.   In order to eliminate the use of colorful language on Christmas Eve, we had Letterman playing in the background.

I think the first question any Realtor should as his or herself is am I a glass half full or a glass half empty kind of person.   In Oklahoma, our home sales are not that bad.  We are slightly over built but not grossly over built in the new construction area.   We have had several builders go out of business in the last six months but you have to stop and ask yourself why?
