ocoee foreclosure: Great real estate deals we sold in Central Florida - December 2011 - 01/02/12 11:56 AM
December and the year 2011 are behind us and while typically a slower month at most real estate offices it was busy and steady at Sand Dollar Realty Group. Plenty of deals closed last month along with some nail biter short sales that the banks wanted off the books before year end.

With the creation of Ebay, people have flocked to online sales. Any REO Realtor has experienced an online auction here or there. HUD has been holding online auctions with their homes for about 10 years now and fortunately I've sold many dozen of them over that time.
Orange County Florida home to Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Apopka, and of course Walt Disney World is getting ready to move their foreclosure sales into the world of online auctions.
